Feeling adventurous? Try navigating LA yourself using our public transportation tips for seeing LA.
First, hit Beverly Hills for some world class shopping. Visit Rodeo Drive to plan ahead as there are so many stores to choose from.
Travel back toward the hotel via Century City and stop off at the Annenberg Space for Photography. The Annenberg Space for Photography is a cultural destination dedicated to exhibiting both digital and print photography in an intimate environment. The space features state-of-the-art, high-definition digital technology as well as traditional prints by some of the world's most renowned photographers and a selection of emerging photographic talents as well.
Right around the corner from the Annenberg, dine at Top Chef judge Tom Colicchio’s world famous Craft. It’s a great way to wrap up a day of opulence in LA.
Beach, lunch and hiking.
Spend your day in Santa Monica, a world class destination. Start the morning off at Santa Monica Pier; with plenty of sights to see, your morning will be filled with action and fresh sea air; take a ride on the rollercoaster or just stroll along the historic boardwalk.
For lunch, head a bit further north to Gladstone’s at PCH and Sunset. Be sure to touch base with our concierge team for exclusive assistance with your reservations. The seafood is always fresh and the view is second to none.
Finally, to work off a little bit of that meal, take a quick drive up Sunset to Temescal Canyon and choose from one of two breathtaking hikes. The canyon loop is 4.4 miles round trip with 700-foot gain; to Skull Rock is 5.4 miles round trip.
Your day will be complete and for sure you’ll be ready for a good night’s sleep in our signature Four Points for Comfort℠ bed.

“If I was visiting I would want to go over to Manhattan Beach and enjoy some exclusive shopping, great food, the beach, and some people watching. The Ocean Express runs on the half hour during the summer and picks up just a block from the Hotel Entrance. The first two stops on the short trip to the Manhattan Beach Pier offer dining and shopping alternatives. Once you reach the Pier there are lots of options from beach combing and swimming, to watching some beach volleyball or maybe flying a kite. For surfers we can set up lessons at El Porto, famous surf spots just a short walk from the Pier. The Strand House offers lunch (Maine Lobster Roll mmmm), dinner and drinks right at the Pier or try Simzzy’s just up the street for great beer and sangrias.” Phil Baxter, General Manager
